At the end of April I made a post about my recent gaming adventures. I intended to actually play new games after that, but I fell back into familiar patterns ^^;
I started Greedfall thinking I'd get back into the flow of things experiencing new games. But after just a couple of days I fell back into The Sims 2. My fourth generation is coming along swimmingly. All of my gen 2s are elders now and half of them have passed. It's getting real crowded in the third gen though O_o
Afterwards I returned to Clair Obscur Expedition 33. I had been halfway through the Reachers in Act 3 before I stopped. I went in and cleaned out all the areas and then went on to do a boss run. I cleared Osquio (left) on my own without any special build, but Simon proved just as impossible as before. So I went and looked up a solo Maelle one-shot build and obliterated his face (right).
Having defeated Simon successfully I decided to give the update bosses a try. The Chromatic Lampmaster, The Duollistes, Clea Unleashed, and Simon The Divergent Star. I managed to defeat Duollistes thanks to a build I found and because that went so amazingly well I figured I'd try my luck with the Chromatic Lampmaster. Couldn't make it work all the way but consistently made it halfway through. Tried another build for Simon The Divergent Star and was destroyed. Another build for Clea Unleashed and was once again destroyed. To avoid losing my mind I headed for Lumière to finish the game again. But I stopped about halfway through. I kind of want to finish and be done, but at the same time I also don't like leaving things incomplete. Unfortunately, most of the builds I found for the update bosses require way more Colour of Lumina than I have so I'd probably need to grind to get there. I tried grinding. Was gonna go for an hour. I was bored out of my mind after 20 minutes.
And then I "accidentally" reinstalled Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I was originally going for Origins because I haven't played that one yet, but I wanted more familiarity and I had been itching to replay Valhalla, so here I am. Time for another 200 hours playthrough lmao. At the time of writing this I'm 54 hours into this new playthrough.
Hopefully I'll manage to play some new games this summer! xD
